Dear Families,

The PTA has postponed their playground play date and clothing swap today due to the weather.

Recently, our fourth grade students participated in a pilot program for HCPS, and enjoyed experimenting with different “hands on” career activities from the new Mobile Access to Careers (MAC) van. Mrs. Hurley, HCPS K-12 Career Exploration Specialist, along with Carver’s school counselors, Mrs. Corning and Mrs. Perry, assisted students while they worked in different career clusters such as Manufacturing, Health Sciences, Chemical Engineering and Forensic Science. The MAC van is an extension of Workforce  and Career Development.

Thank you to our parent volunteers who have helped out during lunch time!  Your help is greatly appreciated.  October Cafeteria Volunteers
